พี่ณัฐ: โค้ช...ไปได้ดีไหม

ฉัน: ก็ดีนะพี่ณัฐ ไม่เคยคุยกับเค้าแบบนี้มาก่อนอ่ะ coaching มันให้ tools ที่เราจะ reflect and understand coachee's situations ทำให้เราเป็นผู้ฟังที่ดีขึ้นอ่ะ
หญิงรู้ her background so I sort of knew her vulnerability.  But I think our talk helps because she asked me to coach her during these times.

พี่ณัฐ: ดีจัง มีความไว้วางใจเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญมาก

ฉัน: ใช่ Coaching แล้วรู้สึกว่านาง got more relaxed.
พบว่าการไปภาวนาทำให้หญิง coach ได้ดี เหมือนมี another set of tools and I guess I am relaxed and energized after the retreat ด้วย

พี่ณัฐ: Wow, that's the key.  The coach is relaxed and empty enough to be a container of what needs to arise from the client.

ฉัน: พี่พูดแล้วฟังดู lofty and ideal เลยอ่ะ

พี่ณัฐ: It's ordinary magic.  The tendency to manage and control in you was at rest and didn't get a a way of coaching, right?

ฉัน: ไม่เท่าไหร่ แต่ก็มีแอบชงคำถามให้เค้าตอบแล้วให้เค้าเห็นสิ่งที่หญิงว่าใช่  เสแสร้งแกล้งไม่รู้คำตอบนิดนึง

พี่ณัฐ:  The curious part gets to do the work of inquiring to let things get cleared up.
That's good use of intuition with no attachment of being right.

ฉัน: ใช่ I didn't try to reach any solution or tell her what to do like I used to so it opened up our talk ด้วย  And I was actually curious to understand what is going on inside her so i guess it helps. good that u asked.  I didn't reflect upon this.

พี่ณัฐ:  Pure curiosity can be very powerful.  Simple but penetrating yet respecting the client's boundary and vulnerability.
